1. Electrostart JSCo. (hereunder referred to as “Business Company“) is a company registered as a personal data administrator under the Personal Data Protection Act and owes a certificate for personal data administrator with BULSTAT: 821151903, address: Varshets, Republica str № 2, phone number: +359 2 400 70 11, fax: +359 2 400 70 12, email: info@electrostart.com. As a personal data administrator Electrostart JSCo is entitled to collect and process personal data from the Users in connection with the use of the Website and for ensuring the services offered under item 3.1. of the General Terms of use of the website www.electrostart.com while meeting the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.
2. The Business Company shall exert the necessary care and shall be responsible for the protection of the User information, which has become known to it in connection with the latter’s registration on the website, except in the cases of force major circumstances, unforeseen event or ill-intentioned actions of third parties.
3. In the registration form the user fills out upon registration there are marked compulsory or voluntarily fields, and stated consequences upon refusal to providing the information. By consenting to these General Terms of use of the website www.electrostart.com the User agrees the information about him/her to be processed for the needs of the correct operation of the Website, and also in connection with the use of the services offered under item 3.1. of the General Terms. By accepting the General Terms the User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the sales contract for the goods offered through the website.
4. The Business Company shall collect and use the information about the Users solely for the purposes envisioned in the General Terms of use of the website www.electrostart.com . The purposes described, for which the information is used, have not been fully listed and shall not give rise to liabilities for the Business Company .
5. By accepting the General Terms the User agrees to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the sales contract signed remotely.
6. With the acceptance of the General Terms the User agrees his/her personal data, declared as generally available in his/her user profile, to be used and distributed by the Business Company for the purposes of direct marketing, unless the access to them was expressly forbidden.
7. Electrostart JSCo reserves the right to use data of the customers only and solely in summarized form, taking the shape of statistics and research. The results shall be presented in a summarized form and shall not contain data about individual persons. All customer data provided during the registration, or specified in the questionnaire, shall remain confidential.
8. Electrostart JSCo shall exert the care of a good businessman and shall be responsible for protecting the personal data of the User and the information about him/her, which has become known to Electrostart in connection with the registration of the User - subject to these General Terms, except from the cases of force major circumstances, unforeseen events or ill-intentioned actions of third parties.
9. Electrostart JSCo undertakes not to disclose any personal information about the User and not to provide the collected information to third parties – governmental bodies, business companies, natural persons and other, except from the cases when:
– it has received the express consent of the user upon the registration or at a later stage;
– the information was requested by government bodies or officials who, according to the acting legislation, have been authorized to request and collect such information while observing the legally established procedures;
– other cases specified by law.
10. By registering at www.electrostart.com the User authorizes, in his user profiles at www.electrostart.com, Facebook or anywhere else in the virtual realm, or in the e-mail address declared by him/her, Electrostart JSCo to send him/her personal, advertising or commercial messages.
