Budget of Electrostart Plc. for year 2010
On a meeting of the leadership of Electrostart Plc, hold on 22nd December 2009, was accepted the budget of the company for 2010.
In 2009 the leadership of Electrostart Plc submitted a special accent on the plan of the budget for 2010. During the process of making the budget, the middle management and the high leadership have put big efforts on the work. The budget procedure was abided and the budget process was divided onto tree different steps: first and second reading and final accepting from the leadership, on analogy of the country's budget. In a result of that, the process was finalized successfully and after 6-hourly debates on the hold meeting in the last work-days before the Christmas holiday, the leadership of the company made a document with the name "2010 Corporative economic plan of Electrostart Plc".
Like every budget, that one of Electrostart Plc, has also an important role in the work of the organization. The most important functions that are being realized during its preparation and applying in the time are: target, trade-economic and control.
It has been planned growth in the quantity of sold ballast, according to the trade part of the budget of Electrostart Plc for 2010, to the amount of 12.4% in comparison the realized quantity in 2009. The total number of clients with which it will be accomplished and contact, are 54 companies. They are representatives of the country-markets of 25 countries, in which Electrostart Plc has market-attendance and built trade-economic connections.

Electrostart- with an European project for about one million Euro
The project is orientated toward technological modernization of the equipment of the firm and it is to a total value of 1 783 008 BGN /911 000 EUR/, from which 50%- 891 504 BGN /455 000 EUR/, will be grant for the Operative program. The planned activities from the leader of the project- ing. Jordan Tomov and his team, has to be done in time of 18 months. For that year and a half, a machine has to be bought for preassembly for ballasts and also an outfit followed by burning out gasses if there is impregnation of the ballasts.
The outfit is unique, because of the fact that it will let the calorific energy to be used, got in a result of the burning of waste gasses, evolved during the impregnating process, as it will be able to use it over again for the same process. This will help for the reducing of the expense for electric power, needed for heating of the area on the impregnation line. By the realization of this project, the harmful effect on the environment will be decreased.
The results of the present project will be the serial prolongation of the firm's strategy for a constant actualization of the production scale, the longer-life of the guarantee of the products, the efficient service of clients and the applied high-quality on the market.

Training in "Strategic management"
Training in "Strategic management" with lecturer Assoc. Prof. D-r Ivan Marchevski, organized by " Moby2" Ltd. in the period 10-12.10.2008 in Borovets.The following subjects have been discussed: "The strategic management as a process", "Development of company's vision, mission, objects and strategy", "Strategic alternatives and strategic choice", "Strategic marketing and strategy realization".
The training of company's management team is a stage of the implementation of project "Training of Human Resources in Electrostart Plc - Varshets" under Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013 of European Social Fund.

Opening Building of life and warehouse with machine repair workshop
On 4th October, 2008 in Electrostart Plc were inaugurated:
- new building of life with fitness room
- new warehouse with machine repair workshop
The project was started at the end of 2007 and was conducted by eng. Yordan Tomov - project manager, Sofronii Pavlov- technical manager and Ivan Kalenderov- consultant. In the brief opening speech the Executive Director eng. Anatoli Dimitrov says that there are many implemented projects for output increasing or expanding production range, but this project is very important because its purpose is improvement of working conditions of the company employees.
As a tradition in Electrostart the new buildings have been sanctified.
This gala day was attended by many guests and friends with who we share our successes, as well as by the whole united team of Electrostart.
The gala day ended with planting of new saplings on the territory of the enterprise and new park.

Participation at Trade Fair - LIGHT+BUILDING 2008
More than 165,000 visitors came to the international trade fair, presented by 2,173 exhibitors.

Numerous meetings had been done with our partners throughout the world. The news in light field had been discussed, the new models of ballasts for sodium and metal-halide lamps from 250 W up to 1000 W had been shown, as well as new models with doble voltage 230/240 V.

Participation at INTERLIGHT Fair for Lighting & Light technology 2007
From 27 to 30 November 2007 the 13th International Trade Fair for Lighting & Light Technology took place in Moscow. At this fair Electrostart participated with our partners in Russia - company Univest.
