We are stronger together! 

September 21st, 2011 was the date when the owners and employees unite for the better future of Electrostart. The topics to discuss were the development and prosperity of the company in several professional areas such as:

Striving for growth and optimization of the production – in 2011 several projects were launched to increase productivity. Some of these projects include: installation of conveyor and manipulator in the section "Final Assembly" and optimization of manual labor and the introduction of transporting trucks.

Strategic expansion of the company – ERP system implementation - this is a huge project that will improve the planning of production process and will therefore optimize the organizational process. The project “Electronics” is also part of the big project that will embrace the new production of electronic components. The long-term plan of the company for 2013-2014 is this particular production to be completely in control and electronic ballasts to enter our product range. During the meeting, every single employee had the chance to ask a question and share comments. 

The issues discussed were for the bright future of Electrostart to be established as a leader on the market. In addition, changes in labor legislation regarding unused annual leave from previous years, living conditions in the factory and many other issues. Last but not least, the social politics was also a hot topic to talk about because it unites the company as one.
